The drivers for 32-bit operating systems cannot be installed on a 64-bit operating system. I suggest you to go to the scanner manufacturer’s website and download the drivers for 64-bit operating system. If there aren’t any drivers available for Windows 7, then I suggest you to download the ones for Windows XP or others and install them in compatibility mode for Windows 7.
